Kim's Focus:
*  Continue to focus on academic improvement for all students

*  Increase graduation rates for all students with emphasis on African American and Hispanic males


*  Expansion of vocational and technical opportunities

*  Renovation of the Blodgett K-8 building into a sixth through eighth grade middle school and contined 
   progress of the joint schools constructions renovation project

*  Continue to involve the public in important school board decisions

*  Active lobbyist on behalf of increased educational funding to city, state, and federal officials

*  Continue to support the implementation of Say Yes To Education as a district-wide reformed model

*  Continue to work to insure that district policies uphold rigorous academic standards
